This Privacy Policy describes how Valley Group Consulting LLC collects and uses information when you use Token Enhancer.
1. What We Collect
When you sign up and use the service we collect:
- Your email address, provided at checkout via Stripe
- Payment information, processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your card details
- Request logs including URLs fetched, token counts, timestamps, and HTTP status codes
- Your API key prefix (first 8 characters) for identification purposes
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not store the content of pages you fetch through the API
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
- We do not store your full API key — only a one-way hash
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provision and deliver your API key
- To track usage against your plan limits
- To send transactional emails such as your API key and monthly savings reports
- To detect and prevent abuse
4. Third Parties
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- DigitalOcean — cloud infrastructure. Your data is stored on servers in the United States.
5. Data Retention
We retain request logs for 90 days for billing and abuse prevention. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys are stored as one-way SHA-256 hashes. We do not have the ability to recover your API key if lost.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
