These Terms of Service govern your use of Token Enhancer, operated by Valley Group Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Token Enhancer provides an API that fetches web pages and returns cleaned text with reduced token counts. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. All activity under your API key is your responsibility. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.
You may not use Token Enhancer to:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We do not offer refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Starter plan accounts are limited to 10,000 requests per month. Pro plan accounts are limited to 50,000 requests per month. Requests exceeding your plan limit will be rejected until the next billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, latency, or errors in the service.
We log request metadata including URLs fetched, token counts, and timestamps for billing and abuse prevention. We do not store the content of pages you fetch. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Valley Group Consulting LLC makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Valley Group Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.
